Irreducible Fund Cemeteries
Oregon Revised Statutes 65.860

Such a cemetery uses the funds it receives from the sale of lots or burial space, cremations , donations, gifts, or other revenue for its operations. These funds, and interest earned, must be exclusively devoted to the preservation and beautification of the grounds, buildings and property of the cemetery or for payment of debt for land purchase, building construction, or other improvements.
