The 2001 Legislature amended the Sellers of Travel law to provide for a voluntary program of certifying associations of sellers of travel which meet certain minimum consumer protection standards that are enumerated in the law. (Oregon does not require registration of individual travel agents.)
As of June 30, 2008, there are no certified associations of sellers of travel.
